De op Brands Hatch afgelaste race is in het weekend van Silverstone ingehaald als ‘race 5′ van het kampioenschap. De oorspronkelijke startopstelling werd dan ook gehandhaafd en coureurs die er op Brands niet bij waren, maar in Silverstone wel, gingen in deze race niet van start.
